But it is definitely one of the most enriching and fulfilling modules. You see how technology has evolved and transformed the way we live and the way we do things. Heng Jun Kai is currently a first year student in the Lee Kong Chian School of Business at Singapore Management University. Studying the module of Technology and World Change has opened his eyes to the endless limits and possibilities of technology and sparked his interest in this subject.

From the School of Business in Singapore Management University, Pei Shan is a fun loving girl who enjoys music and sports on a regular basis. She also has a large interest in technology today, particularly in the area of computers and cellphones, which affects our daily lives. This TWC class has helped her understand a deeper meaning of technology, its application and impacts today. Being part of this project has enhanced her knowledge in the areas of wearable technology, and its possible advancements and impacts on the future.

Sam is a student pursuing his Economic degree in SMU. During his first year, he had to take a module called Technology and World Change which sparked his interest in various technology. He decided to explore into mind-controlled prosthetics which will help handicap people integrate back into their daily life.

Always interested in entrepreneurship, Yiting is pursuing a Bachelor of Business Management in Singapore Management University. Having gone through a course on technology though, she now has growing interest in the future and how the world would shift as technological advancements are made. With a wider perspective, she has grown to more appreciative of the things around her.
